Computer literacy training
In INTERA
Technology Park in the period from November 15 to November 20, training of
Computer literacy was conducted.
Trainer
on this training was Mr. Damir Lucović, lecturer with many years of experience
in information technologies, employed at the Faculty of Economics, University
of Mostar.
Computer
literacy is the basic knowledge needed to use computers and related technology
efficiently. Almost every workplace today requires computers to complete some
daily tasks, so this was a great preparation for 17 participants who attended this education. With basic knowledge every person can enhance efficiency, and it
can make it easier to work with clients and customers, etc.
This
training covered the following topics: powering computer on and off, learning
keyboard commands, internet search and mail, text formatting – MS Word,
Spreadsheets – MS Excel and preparation of presentations (MS Power Point).
Besides
this six-day training, a webinar Computer literacy tips & tricks was held
on December 8, 2021 via Zoom platform. This webinar was held for participants
from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, and there was 21 participant
present.
